Investigator Success Manager-China/Remote
Job Responsibilities
As a close partner of research sites, the investigator success manager aims to assist research sites in successfully completing research applications on the YiQi Innovation clinical research platform and fulfilling their commitments to research enrollment.
External Functions
  1. Research Site Expansion and Relationship Maintenance Fully responsible for the development of core research sites within the designated jurisdiction. Actively establish and strengthen close connections with research sites, deeply explore cooperation potential, and promote the formation of long - term strategic partnerships to lay a solid foundation for the continuous development of clinical research.
  1. Research Site Capability Assessment and Recommendation Act as a strong advocate and dedicated partner for research sites. Thoroughly understand the preferred patient population, resource allocation, and scientific research capabilities of each site. Assist sites in seeking suitable clinical research opportunities, accurately evaluate and comprehensively showcase their capabilities. Based on a precise understanding of sponsors' needs, screen and recommend the most advantageous candidate sites that are most likely to ensure the success of the trial, ensuring an efficient and accurate match between research projects and research sites.
  1. Research Project Delivery Coordination Control time nodes to assist to promote the smooth implementation of research projects and achieving expected goals.
  1. Research Site Empowerment and Experience Enhancement Timely identify and resolve various issues encountered by sites during platform use. For major issues or common demands, promptly report to superiors to promote the effective resolution of problems and create a favorable cooperation environment for sites.
Internal Responsibilities
  1. Internal Tool Management and Information Sharing Efficiently manage internal tools to ensure that all stakeholders can promptly and accurately understand the progress of research sites in the trial, facilitating information flow and improving collaboration efficiency.
  1. Cross - departmental Collaboration and Communication Act as the spokesperson for research sites, actively cooperate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other cross - functional teams. Fully convey the needs and expectations of research sites, promoting cross - departmental teamwork to jointly provide high - quality services and support to research sites.
Job Requirements
  1. Educational Background A bachelor's degree or above is required. Majors related to medicine are preferred. Other educational backgrounds that meet the job requirements through comprehensive evaluation may also be considered
  1. Work Experience Have 3 - 5 years of customer success, clinical research assistant, research coordinator, project management, research site management, or equivalent customer relationship management experience. Familiarity with relevant work processes and business essentials is required. Those with experience in the clinical trial or healthcare industry are preferred, as they can better understand industry characteristics and needs.
